Both have touch screens. Both are made by Palm. The centro is basically the latest model of Treo, and it's a little bit slimmer than the Treo. Were it up to me, I'd choose the Centro. I have owned Treos in the past, though. They're nice data devices, mediocre phone devices. Depends on what you're gonna do with it.
