Do u think this girl is mental?

this girl at school, kathryn.....is a hypocondriac..... 3 weeks ago she said she has appendicitis and she is gonna hav an operation on sunday [last sunday this was last week] however she came into school on monday and said that the opperation was a success [the day after the "operation"] she has no scar and says the doctors gave her "antibiotics" to make her get better....BULLSH!T!!......for one antibiotics are for bacterial problems.....2 wheres the scar??....3 if she had appendicitis she would have had emergency surgery...[ive had it and have a scar] what should i say to her....? do you think she is a bullsheitter? do you think she is mental?
