Can I take a pregnancy test now?

I had a miscarriage on October 7th and what seemed like a period On November 1st. It was light, brown, and lasted three days. My husband and I have been having unprotected since the miscarriage in hopes that I will become pregnant again. When I had the miscarriage, my doctor told me I had been 7 weeks and 5 days. Meaning fertilization had occurred on the 11th day of my cycle. I didn't test til I was a week late for my period but I've heard that pregnancy tests can show positive ten days after fertilization. I'm 11 days past my umed date of fertilization and I did have what I think to be implantation bleeding. If I test in the morning, could it be accurate? I'm not due to start my period until Sunday. 5days.
